How do I restore my purchase or subscription?

Open Promta, go to the upgrade or subscription area, and use the restore purchases option. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How does Lifetime Access work?

Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase that includes all current Pro features for as long as the app remains available on the App Store.

What if I bought Lifetime Access and also have a subscription?

Your paid entitlement stays active in either case. If your subscription later ends, Lifetime Access continues for covered features.

Why are my prompts not appearing in the keyboard?

Make sure the keyboard extension is enabled in iOS settings and that you have synced prompts for keyboard access from inside the app.

Does Promta sync across my devices?

Promta can sync data through Apple iCloud / CloudKit when that feature is enabled on devices signed in with the same Apple ID.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled through your Apple account and App Store support.
