Promta provides tools for organizing and improving AI prompts for personal productivity purposes.

You agree not to misuse the app, violate applicable law, or use the app to infringe the rights of others.

Some features require a paid upgrade.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
• Promta may offer auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscriptions, as well as a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Apple handles all billing and refunds according to App Store policies.

AI improvements and suggestions are provided for assistance only.

The developer does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.

Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

You retain ownership of the prompts and other content you create in Promta.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to store, edit, and use that content.

The app is provided as is without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Features may change, be updated, or depend on device compatibility, Apple platform support, or App Store availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.

The app and its design remain the property of the developer.

Except for your own content, you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by applicable law and App Store terms.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of revised terms.
