Terms of Use

Promta provides tools for organizing and improving AI prompts for personal productivity purposes.

You agree not to misuse the app, violate applicable law, or use the app to infringe the rights of others.

Some features require a paid upgrade.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
• Promta may offer auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscriptions, as well as a one-time Lifetime Access purchase.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase that includes all current Pro features for as long as the app remains available on the App Store. It does not guarantee access to future major versions, separately priced add-ons, or new feature tiers.
• Future features, third-party services, platform integrations, or separately priced add-ons may require an additional purchase.
• If you have both an active subscription and Lifetime Access, your paid entitlement is treated as active either way, and Lifetime Access continues after any subscription ends.
• Purchases are non-transferable between Apple IDs and are restored through Apple's restore purchases flow.
• These Terms of Use are in addition to, and not in place of, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which also apply to your use of this app.

Apple handles all billing and refunds according to App Store policies.

AI improvements and suggestions are provided for assistance only.

The developer does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.

Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

You retain ownership of the prompts and other content you create in Promta.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to store, edit, and use that content.

The app is provided as is without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Features may change, be updated, or depend on device compatibility, Apple platform support, or App Store availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

The app and its design remain the property of the developer.

Except for your own content, you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by applicable law and App Store terms.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

The developer may limit access to app features if required for security, fraud prevention, abuse mitigation, legal compliance, or App Store policy compliance.

Paid entitlements already granted to you will not be removed except where required by law, Apple platform or App Store policy, or confirmed fraud.

These Terms may be updated periodically.

If changes are material, Promta will provide reasonable notice in-app, on the website, or through App Store update notes before the changes take effect.

Changes will not retroactively remove paid entitlements already granted to you, except where required by law, security needs, or third-party platform requirements.

Continued use of the app after an effective date indicates acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this clause limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
